How To Share Files and Control Another System With Use To TeamViewer

This tutorial will show you how to install TeamViewer 5 connect to a Windows machine remotely from any where in the world for free. If you don’t already know about TeamViewer, it is a free remote connection tool that lets you connect and take control of remote computer easily.

Getting started:

1.To get started, click here to download the deb package for Ubuntu Lucid.



2.Next, click Open with ‘GDebi Package Installer (default) and click OK



3.Click Install Package



4.After installing, go to Applications –> Internet TeamViewer



Here you’ll find your TeamViewer ID and password. This is what you give to your partners to connection to your system.




5.Next, tell your Windows partner to go to TeamViewer and download the Quick Support version and install.



6.Then from your Ubuntu machine, type in the remote computer ID and click Connect to partner.



7.Enter the partner’s password and click Log On



8.And you should be connected to the remote computer.
