 Steps:-

1. After logging in incorrectly many times, you will get a warning from Facebook, telling you that the password you entered is not valid. Below that, you should see your name and e-mail address. Click the button below that which says "reset my password".
   
   
2. Check the box that has your e-mail address beside it. Then, press the "reset password" button.
   
   
3. You will be asked for a code. This will be in an e-mail from Facebook. Keep that page open while you go to your e-mail.
4. Go to your e-mail and copy (Ctrl-C) the code. Then, in the page that you kept open, enter your code and click "submit code".
   
   
5. You will be asked to produce a new password. Type it twice and click on "change password".
   
   
6. Finally update your security information. If your profile protection is low, you may want to create a security question if you haven't done so already
