Follows These Instructions:
1.Click "Start," then "Run."
2.Type "regedit." Select "HKEY_CURRENT_USER." Expand that area by clicking the "+" symbol.
3.Expand the "Software" tab. Find and expand the "Microsoft" tab. Find and expand the "Internet Explorer" tab.
4. Find and right-click the "Main" tab. Select "New" and click "Key." Name the new key "Window Title."
5. Input the text of your choosing into the "Value Data" bar. Exit the registry and restart Internet Explorer. The title bar will be changed to the text you inputted.
